Why did I get charged $20 from Stitch Fix
How Fix order styling fees works. When we begin the styling process you’ll be charged a $20 styling fee.
This fee usually occurs about 2 weeks before your Fix delivery date. Your styling fee acts as a service fee and will be applied as a credit toward any items you decide to keep in your current order.

Items typically ship in 2 business days, and you’ll get an email with the tracking number for each delivery.
Each package will also include a return label. You can check your order status and tracking information on your Orders & Returns page.
