Does Sky provide landline
Plus, picking up a combo broadband and home phone package from Sky is easy-peasy.
All of its broadband deals come with a basic landline connection already included.
Why isn’t my landline working
Make sure the phone cord is plugged into the correct port on your phone or device.
Unplug the phone or device from the wall jack. Plug your phone or device into another wall jack that you know is working.
If the dial tone returns it means the previous wall jack is damaged or defective.

Your email is changing We’re about to move you from BT Yahoo email to our new email service called BT Mail.
You’ll keep the features you love and also get some new ones too. We’ll move all your emails and folders across to BT Mail automatically.

Are 0300 numbers free with BT
The important thing to note is that 0300 numbers are regulated in the same way as local numbers that start 01 or 02.
It doesn’t cost you any more to call an 0300 number than an 01 or 02 number.

Simply log into MyBT, find BT Sport Monthly Pass and choose ‘Cancel subscription’. When you cancel, you can carry on watching BT Sport until your 30-day viewing period expires.

Why is my landline crackling
Crackling and Buzzing Static interference is usually caused by electrical interference due to a problem in your phone’s wiring.

What is an on screen help Wizard
The on-screen wizard is displayed on the connected screen when the player hasn’t been yet configured.
Its purpose is to help you find the player addresses to be able to connect to the player via a browser.
The displayed texts are available in English and several other languages.
Is the 0345 number free
No calls to 0345 numbers are not free. However they tend to be included in call packages as numbers you are able to call without paying extra charges.
It is worth checking with your provider to see if these numbers are free to call or if they will charge you for calls to these numbers.
Is 0330 a free number
Cost to call 0330 numbers from mobile The number costs exactly the same as if you were calling a normal landline number to a home or business for example.
Therefore you will be charged the same amount as the usual national or local numbers that start with the area codes ’02’ and ’01’.
What is a broadband fault
A broadband outage is a problem with your provider’s network that causes you to lose your internet connection.
This is usually contained in a particular area, but it can sometimes affect customers nationwide.

Call the ANAC, or Automatic Number Announcement Circuit. This is a special phone number used by telephone company technicians to determine phone numbers.

Can I report a fault on someone elses line
Can I report or check a line fault on another person’s BT line? Yes you can but we recommend the person reporting the fault to be at the premises where the faulty line is allocated.
Why is my BT Hub flashing purple
The flashing purple light indicates that you have no broadband connection at all, so double-check that everything is correctly plugged in.
Make sure that all of the cables are plugged in securely and that there are no loose connections.
