Why is Kapwing not working
If you get an error message, it’s possible that your video does not meet our upload requirements.

Why is Kapwing so slow
Sometimes our servers are slower when many users are exporting. The video may succeed during a less busy time or if you upgrade to Kapwing Pro.
Rogue machines and random failures: For about 0.1% of all Kapwing videos, our servers fail for an unknown reason.
These videos often work if you try to reprocess them.
How do I start Kapwing
All you need to do is go to Kapwing.com and either click “Start editing” or “create a folder” if you’re not signed in, or “New Content” if you are.
We recommend creating an account which will allow you to export content without a watermark and save projects to a folder.
Now you need to upload your content!

How do you use Kapwing for TikTok
To make a TikTok online, create a video on Kapwing, export, and use the TikTok Share button to authorize access to your TikTok account.
Then, pipe the video through to your TikTok app to finalize and publish the post.

How long does Kapwing take to publish
Images should export instantly. GIF files may take longer, because GIFs are a compilation of tens to hundreds of images, into a single file.
Standard quality videos take at least as long as their duration to process. For example, a 10 minute video will take at least 10 minutes to process.
