Can I use the device elsewhere, like my vacation home? No. The T-Mobile 5G Gateway is specific to your eligible address, so you can’t move it from one location to another.

T-Mobile internet usually slows down if there is a network or cell tower issue and can also be caused by crossing the daily or monthly data cap provided to you.
