Yes, assuming you have moved your phone line over to TalkTalk then that will end your contract with BT (BT may well contact you with a ‘sorry to see you go’ letter).

The charge made to 0345 numbers is charged at the same rate as 01 and 02 numbers.
All 0345 numbers are charged using the standard local rate. This, in turn, means that whether the user is on Pay as You Go or on contract, all calls made to 0345 numbers are normally within the inclusive price plan.

Calling an 0800 number on TalkTalk does not cost the caller. It is entirely free to make calls to a 0800 number with TalkTalk.

If you don’t return the equipment, you’ll have to pay the full equipment price, excluding any discounts you’ve received (if you subsequently return the equipment, we’ll refund any amount you’ve been charged for it).

If you’re out of contract you can leave penalty-free anyway. TalkTalk customers who are no longer in their initial contract term (typically 12-18 months) can walk away without penalty.
Usually it’s 30 days’ notice to leave, but if switching it usually allows you to go once it’s had the request from the new provider.

You should check your setup to make sure it’s correct. If you’re still having issues, try resetting your router as a one-off.
A software update may have gotten stuck and doing a quick reset will force it through.
Simply turn your router off for 20 minutes if you’ve got Fibre, or 30 seconds for Non-Fibre.
