When we deploy internet leased lines to our customers, we quote them the bandwidth they need on a bearer, such as 100Mb/1Gb.
This means the customer will get with 100Mb of bandwidth from day one but will have the option to flex up to 1Gb, also known as 1,000Mb, if they need to.
Why is the size of the bearer important?
What is DPLC and Iplc
DPLC stands for Domestic private leased circuit and simply means that the customer is provided with WAN connection among two or more branches within Suriname.
The alternative for locations outside of Suriname will be and International Private Leased Circuit (IPLC).
Who is Bt local business

What is ill in networking
✔ An internet leased line is a premium internet connectivity product. ✔ An internet leased line is dedicated and provides un-contended symmetrical speeds for uploads and downloads. ✔The internet lease line is majorly used by enterprises and businesses.
What do you mean by dedicated link
A Dedicated Link or an IP Link is a dedicated Internet connection, meaning it is a guarantee of 100% of contracted capacity (full duplex).
Hostfiber’s backbone is built 100% from fiber optics, thus guaranteeing the best experience in access.
What is Bt cloud voice
BT Cloud Voice is a virtual phone system that’s hosted in the cloud – meaning you can benefit from all the latest call management features, but with much more flexibility than an office- based system can provide as you can make and take calls on any device, from anywhere you’re online.
What is bearer Internet
In telecommunications, Bearer Service or data service is a service that allows transmission of information signals between network interfaces.
These services give the subscriber the capacity required to transmit appropriate signals between certain access points, i.e. user network interfaces.
What is a 10Gb bearer
A bearer is pre-agreed extra bandwidth capacity that you can access in the future.
With this solution you would pay for, and have access to 1Gb worth of bandwidth as usual.
The difference is that you could easily scale up to 2Gb, 3Gb, 5Gb or 10Gb in the future.
What is a BT circuit
BT provides both Directly Wired Access Lines (DWALs) and indirectly wired private circuits. Indirectly wired circuits are routed over the BT public network (poles, cables, ducts, exchanges, etc.).
They provide interconnection between two points on the same site.
What is BSNL ill
Leased Line. Tariff | Managed Leased Line Service. To transmit data between computer and electronic information devices, BSNL provides data communication services to its subscribers.
It offers a choice of high, medium and low speed leased data circuits as well as dial-up lines.
What is a Fibre bearer
The bearer is the physical fibre circuit which can support different speeds depending on the bearer type – e.g. 100Mbps or 1Gbps.
What is bearer size
Quite simply, the bearer is the bandwidth size of the available line, whether that’s a copper line or a fibre-enabled line.
If you have a 100MB leased line bearer, for example, that bearer will be able to provide a 100MB leased line connection to the business.
