When did O2 Priority start
Priority Moments, which launched in July 2011, provides O2 customers with unique experiences and exclusive, targeted rewards from brands they love via their mobile phones (app, mobile web, online and MMS/ SMS), based on their interests, behaviour, and most importantly where they are.
Can I use my Virgin SIM card in any phone
Yes, if your phone is locked to another network, your Virgin mobile sim won’t work.
You can check whether your phone is locked by inserting a friend or family’s SIM card (from a different provider to yours) into your phone.
Why is O2 slow
We think a lot of the reason O2 are slower for 4G than others is how they’ve implemented the technology.
They don’t have as many frequency bands working together. And they’ve likely achieved bigger 4G coverage with longer range transmitters, at the expense of speed.

What does O2 Priority give you
Priority Tickets give O2 customers the chance to buy tickets up to 48 hours before general release.
There are only a limited number of Priority Tickets available for each event, so tickets are not always guaranteed.
If the Priority Tickets have sold out, you can still try to buy General Sale tickets.

Everyone on O2 can buy Priority Tickets online at https://priority.o2.co.uk/tickets or by downloading the Priority app.

Priority is a free service (although you will be using your data allowance when using the service) and it’s exclusive to O2 mobile customers.
