You may have seen on social media, any newsletters you subscribe to, or even on my recent blog, that Pardot has been renamed to Marketing cloud account engagement.
Here is a more detailed overview of the change, as this is something that is changing across the Marketing Cloud suite.
How long does it take for a dynamic list to run Pardot
When you create a dynamic list, Pardot checks each of your prospects to see if they belong on the list.
This initial process takes several hours if you have millions of prospects in your database.
Dynamic lists continually check for updated prospects.
How often are Pardot Dynamic lists updated
Why? Well, after defining the rule criteria once, the dynamic list will continuously use that rule to add prospects from the list.
If they no longer meet that criteria, they will be removed from the list automatically.
Note: Once created, dynamic lists can take around 15 minutes to update with prospects.
