Renewal reminders are sent approximately one month before your PPC is due to expire.
Does my NHS PPC automatically renew
We will normally automatically renew your PPC when your certificate expires. If you do not want your PPC to renew you should cancel your Direct Debit at your bank after making all of your payments.

Can I get a refund on my PPC
When you can claim a refund depends on the length of PPC you have, and when you received your certificate: 3 month PPC – If you receive a certificate in the first month of your PPC, you can claim a refund.
12 month PPC – If you receive a certificate before the final month of your PPC, you can claim a refund.
