Belong is a broadband and mobile company that’s owned entirely by Telstra and was founded in 2013.
Is Belong internet Optus
Belong is part of Telstra, using its own network; this may provide peace of mind, knowing you could get a Telstra-like connection for a fairly low price.
Some of Belong’s plans also include free mobile credit and a Belong mobile SIM card, which include coverage on parts of Telstra’s 4G mobile network.
Does Belong support Apple Watch

Does Belong WiFi calling
WiFi calling is available to Telstra mobile customers with postpaid and prepaid plans, along with customers of Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) Boost Mobile (although it is not available to Belong customers, which is a Telstra subsidiary).
How long does Belong take to activate
We’ll usually activate your service in 2–5 working days. That also includes the time it takes to send you a modem (if you’re not using your own).
For metro areas, you’ll generally get your modem in 1–3 working days. In regional areas, you’re looking at 5–7 working days.
Why is my Belong WiFi not working
Restart or reset your Modem Power off your modem for 15 minutes to allow connection to re-establish with the network.
Turn off the computer/device that you are connecting with then turn it back on again and reboot the modem.
You may need to reset your modem to its factory settings.
Do I need to return my Belong modem
If you cancel your service within 30 days of activation, you’ll receive a refund of the Connection Fee and your monthly fee (if you’ve already paid it).
To receive a full refund, including the modem fee, you’ll need to return the modem to us within 2 weeks of receiving the reply paid envelope from Belong.
Does Belong NBN have home phone
Belong NBN does not offer a home landline service that will allow you to keep your number.
You could investigate other VoIP-only services to pair with Belong but depending on the NBN connection type at your house, this may not be possible, so you may lose your number.

Despite being owned by Telstra, Belong is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) which uses the Telstra wholesale mobile network.
